1. Do you have at least 1 year of claims experience AND 2 years of auto physical damage experience?
1b. OR Do you have at least 18 months of auto claims experience?
2. Are you willing to submit to a background check and are you bondable?
3. Do you have valid driver’s license?
4. Do you have an acceptable credit rating?
5. Do you have the financial capabilities to purchase an established PDA office?
6. Do you have adequate financial resources to purchase and/or upgrade any necessary hardware required to operate the business within the PDA minimum requirements?

Do you have the current financial resources to make the required down payment and ongoing monthly payments, independent of the Small Business Administration?
8. Do you have at least 1 year supervisory and/or management experience?
9. Do you have available resources to hire a certified property appraiser and/or personally become a certified property appraiser within 6 months after opening?
10. Will you be engaged in the day-to-day operation and management of the business?
